Sure I do! Would you like to back me up? Privatize the island and make sure everyone is okay on a long term basis, create a modern economy based on existing assets and a specific emphasis on advanced and higher education as an asset to Puerto Rico's future.
Within a generation, Puerto Rico could deliver the best doctors and specialists in their fields to the world at large, the populous itself would be insured to benefit from the entire enterprise.
Every town and village should have minimal facilities and assets provided as a foundation to move forward. That would include plumbing, paved and lit streets, even in the rural areas. A fundamental sense of belonging for all would be the intended result. No one should be exploited in the process, everyone having a place, that is possible with the small scale of the island itself.
